What is the lead time for my order?
Most of our paints are tinted to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships via standard ground transportation.
Can I return custom tinted paint?
Because each batch is custom-mixed to your specific color choice, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any tinted paint products.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. For international inquiries, please contact our support team for a custom freight quote.
How do I calculate how much paint I need?
Generally, one gallon of our standard finish covers approximately 350-400 square feet. We recommend using our online calculator or ordering a sample pot to test coverage on your specific surface.
Are Portola Paints eco-friendly?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability. Most of our product lines are Low-VOC or Zero-VOC, making them safer for your home and the environment.
Do I need a specific primer for Lime Wash?
Yes, for the best results and proper adhesion, we highly recommend using our specialized Lime Prep Primer before applying any Lime Wash finish.
