At Portola Paints, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our small-batch finishes; however, please note that all custom-tinted paints and lime washes are non-returnable. We offer returns on unopened, standard-stock tools and accessories within 30 days of purchase to ensure your project needs are met.
Return Process
- 1.Review Eligibility
Verify that your items are unopened and not custom-tinted, as specialized color matches and artisanal finishes are final sale.
- 2.Initiate Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address for our warehouse.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original shipping materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization is included inside.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
